Volatility Index: Cobe VIX?
Isn't it strange, despite Dow, s&p and nasdaq are in a free fall and crashing down the ground, but yet the Volatility index VIX did not move that much, it supposed to be flying high towards 50 or 100pts?...it is barely moving and moved up?.....

is VIX about to Smash all time high in one day or one week and stay up there forever?.... most likely!!.
