Thanks BPETE. Everyone was puzzled at the R/S, so I can understand if he was as well. It made no sense other than reducing the value of shares for legacy shell shareholders and triggering a plummet in price.

Could have been more scamming and scheming to manipulate price (TDS knew no material company info coming & supposed quiet period/corp action, insiders could have or likely shorted to make big gains on R/S announcement) aside from pumping with tweets and terminating merger this year. Quite possible shareholders were played from the get go. It’s a lot easier to manipulate low float.

Not sure if we will ever know full story.
