Mr Roger Johnson, the CEO of $WSRC, is a big time land developer in Routt County, Colorado!!

Many years back, he, along with several other business partners, were making some major developments in the area of Hayden Springs, Colorado. They had everything in order from contracts to city building permits. Further, the city mayor, council members, investors, and basically the entire town/community was worked up because this project would create more businesses, grow the population, and create more jobs. They spent a lot of time & money in the land development project and had customers lined up ready to buy these properties.

During the development phase, some big scandal arose involving the bank that was used, which link is provided down below. During that delayed time, the construction company they were using had filed liens against the developers and claimed that they were short on payments. This caused even further delays and ultimately the project was abandoned after much of the work being finished. Some of the developers had to file bankruptcy because of the liens and delays that arose from all this.

A business partner (4-S Development) had transferred some water assets (Weroco Water Company) to Steamboat Land Development, which was one of his old companies.

In the state of Colorado, proof of usage is required to maintain your water rights or they expire in 10 years. Therefore, in my opinion is why Western Sierra Farming was a big move in the right direction in order to keep those water right and prove its usage. The company utilized the water rights for farming and the two small hemp businesses.

Curious to know if he was able to acquire the properties in which he preciously spent the time & money on for the current HAIZ project; because the HAIZ project is also in Hayden Colorado.
