So to be clear; as it pertains to BioAmber and the connection to LCY - their own website when viewing in the Chinese language says they "Acquired BioAmber to establish Biochemical Business Unit" but when you view the website in English this information is missing for some reason??? As if shareholders of Bioamber would never view their webpage in Chinese LOL!!! And then 2 weeks ago V Liu is being interviewed in a webinar and this poor; clearly misinformed lady; asked him about the acquisition of the company (in reference to Bioamber) and he doesn't even bat an eye or even attempt to correct her!!! So LCY says they acquired BioAmber. V Liu seems to agree in the webinar. Ricky on LinkedIn says "ultimate sale of the Company" and the sweethearts at PwC forecasted fees for "the sale of the Company". OK then! Have a great night!
