Sorry for any confusion...first, the analysis I did with the current O/S used the midpoint of $2.10 to show that even with the dilution the valuation would be over one dollar...today - again, recognizing that things have changed, my 22-25 cents was based on a down and dirty DCF that would be far less sophisticated than that done by a group doing evals for a living.

I would also say that if I do a DCF using Elite's growth over the past two years and projecting its average forward for another two years (which is conservative given Elite's 8 ANDAs in development)...I get 61 cents...today! Remember, DCF is about projecting the future but providing you today's price based on that projection. If Elite produces 8 ANDAs over the next two years investors should expect a much higher price projection. And a valuation by those who do it for a living is not merely about projected growth over time, it is about the entire value of a company.

OBTW: The manipulators know this and that their days are numbered.
