When freshly created tokens moved in to the uniswap, they are still really really cheap and they are traded like on only one exchange, there are like 12 zeros after the decimal and at that price you can get a truck load of them for a thousand bucks and if you have 10 grand you would be able to load up trillions of them. I don't know if devs got them for free but they could have got loaded for pretty cheap. I'm pretty sure they would not wait until them tokens grow more and more in price to load them.
