Has anyone bothered to read the 1A POS which MCOA has filed? The offering is to sell another 10,000,000,000 sh at .0002 to the public. This dilution will all but wipe out every MCOA shareholder's pps value of .0008!

Question: What will this do to the current arrangement MCOA and CBGL have in regards to them owning 30% of the other's shares ? Wont the contagion drag CBGL down as well? Or will MCOA have to give CBGL more shares to make up for any loses in share price past a certain point?
