I would almost guarantee that Sunandan had no idea of the predatory characteristics of Stephen Hicks let alone his track record with the SEC. Toxic lenders are known for taking advantage of companies who are new such as this one. They aren't known ahead of the fact and then collaborated with after. Sunandan has no history of fraud. He has no red flags on his track record. Yes he linked up with a bad bunch in his haste to move things forward. Solid chance they can right the ship moving forward. Furthermore my guess is everything you guys are concerned about is already baked into the current SP.
