'New compound' might be assuming too much...

It's time to look to OM, UC, and the new compound being purchased.

Yes, I, too, assumed that LE's references to 'new pipeline assets' denoted another drug. However, it's been suggested on this forum the new asset could be a medical device, not a pharmaceutical. (Ostensibly, the device would be used in conjunction with Brilacidin for OM.) Given LE's predilection for spin and exaggeration, I think it would be wise not make unsubstantiated inferences.
