BlueBear Networks International Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BLBR) announced today additions to its management team. "Product development and commercialization plus increased customer focus are high priority elements in our road map," stated Sal Khan, CEO of BlueBear Networks. A saleable version of BlueBear's LACE software will be deployed at York Regional Police in the first half of February 2007. Other companies currently engaged in BlueBear product evaluations are Department of Homeland Security, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and other Law Enforcement Agencies, primarily in Ontario and western Canada.

The management team has been expanded to accomplish the required activities at this juncture in the company's history. Blair Bond has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Bond has over 25 years in management and growth of emerging companies and held many senior positions including CEO, COO, President, and VP Manufacturing of high technology companies.

Alan Welch has been brought on as VP Technology. Mr. Welch is an experienced executive with more than 30 years in the Information Technology business including President of a consulting company, CIO of a leading Canadian software vendor and Programming Manager at two British multinational corporations.

Rick Todd has joined as VP Business Development. Rick brings over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications arena including over 20 years at Mitel Corp in senior management positions as well as CEO and VP Business Development positions with other High Tech and non-High Tech companies.
