Grieco: The Good and Bad, I'll omit "the Ugly"

While some good things have occurred under Grieco, it seems to me that most of what's good has happened since Art Abrahams arrived. On the other hand, all the bad stuff falls squarely on Grieco and his faulty decision-making, prognosticating, and always ineffective public appearances.

As a result, The Market appears to have no confidence in PCTL and the share price never moves on "deals in the works" or what might happen; The Market seems to be demanding signed big-revenue contracts before shares move up.

Grieco said in an interview last year that he would be resigning before the end of 2021 and he's still here. I know he's been described as very energetic, but really how much energy do most 80 year-olds possess? Sims was very confident that he'd very shortly become Co-CEO when he was interviewed on You Tube in October 2021. What happened there. I really doubt that he suddenly changed his views after that interview. Did Grieco block it?

Imagine what just the simple replacement of Grieco would do for PCTL. Or hiring someone like Mike Sims in management. Grieco could still work with the company as CEO-Emertitus. It would dramatically change our standing in the eyes of The Market.
