Brett offers Roger $1M for proof of shorting:

Brett has previously offered $1 million to anyone who can provide proof he shorted OPTI, but today he added a separate $1 million to Roger:

Interesting offers, but “shorting” doesn’t address the many months of tweets from Rosen (and Sinensky) that helped move the OPTI share price up and down. (Plus, “downside protection” clauses, non-transparency of share ownership and sales, etc.)
