Where I come from the rumor was. Zecco sold $275,000,000.00 in assets to Ally (Formerly GMAC) then merged with TradeKing. TradeKing then was acquired by Ally. Ally then released divvy's in 2017. My 6 Million sit at Apex Clearing (Ally). They set aside 2-3 Billion to clear accounts



Lets assume 25 Million DWAC warrants @ $11.50 F/S 10:1. Cost then is $1.15 per position. Dodd/Frank requires a $4 threshold.

Ally at $44 using 10% rule that is $4.40

S41.66 X 6,000,000 = $249,960,000.00...Like I said there might be a few that are a "Bitch"
