Nothing is done yet; they have bought more time.
You will see that some other reason will come up; it is 250% bigger. Well only the numbers change and the deal should be written the same way.
THEY HAVE BOUGHT MORE TIME UNTIL THEY CAN THINK OF ANOTHER EXCUSE AND SELLLLLL MORE SHARES ALONG THE WAY.
