I'll bet he would have but the guy ran and Cain gave chase in his truck.

This is in San Jose, Ca. People very liberal (mentally ill) here.

Even if he beat him half to death the prosecutor would argue that has hands are "deadly weapons" because he is a trained fighter.

So Cain is facing 20 to life while the child molester gets off free. Thats California for you.
