Thanks for that. Hopefully we have a sustainable model here, I just wonder about the future. If they really want to expand and start doing 5, 10, etc. builds a year, what will that mean for the AS? You'd think it can't stay at 3 billion forever, unless this really took off and they could raise a lot of funding on another 1 bil offering.
