They can hold the filing back until the end of the month and not be late and continue to promote the material they believe will generate some volume. They could have been using this information for the past few months to support the price so they have effectively screwed a lot of shareholders who bailed on the price slide in my opinion. But in this range to .001 they may have the selling pretty much to themselves after Mondays volume blowout of over 400 million shares. I believe the current situation is what they want at the moment and was in fact engineered. We will see how many shares they burn through this month and how badly shareholders get burned as a result.
