Right now an OTC company has way more credibitity with the backing of the US Government and
endorsement of using American Metals than a Russian one.


Case in point............. every single Russian stock that is trading today.


Only thing is........ none of them have anything to do with Palladium


NORILSK does.


Same thing is happening with Talon Metals today as well.


No need for Russian nickel........ use American Nickel.

Management will pounce on this opportunity seeing where Spot Price is for Palladium....... and only going higher
