What exactly is happening here? The float seems to be getting more locked up every week, while we wait for the big news. Low volume vultures are trading what little shares they have to bring this down. Strong hands are slowly taking that opportunity away from them. Market makers don’t even seem to have shares to do there job on this ticker. The spread is all over the place everyday.
