Maybe the lawyer said that he needed to change something in the wording or they are still working on getting everything completed!...? Who knows what the hold up is. There could be many reasons. I am sure they will PR what acquisitions they have completed soon enough! I'm heavily invested in here also and I am trying not to become frustrated as the rest of the immediate gratification folks obviously are! I have to admit, it is a bit frustrating that there was such a massive drop in share price yesterday though!
