All that I am legally permitted to say at this juncture is that our Announcements are 100% accurate and yes, we expect to close very shortly. I am legally prohibited from saying anymore.

Please understand that the counter party (on Lithium) is a Publicly traded Company.

Our Lawyers have to co-ordinate with their Lawyers. As I am sure that you know; that does cause a few days in delays.
