Here is the deal from what I have collected. Hoverondick failed to stop the merger in case A-21-835979-C. That case looks like it can close since all of the motions have been addressed.

Hoverondick filed case A-21-844867-C against JPX in what is assumed to be an attempt to milk some more money out of the company he already bled dry when he had control. He is just a scumbag grasping for straws. His goal is to time this to make it uncomfortable enough Alpha gives in and pays him a few hundred grand to go away. 3-8-22 is the next date on the court docket for this case.
