Just for what you say! They know that many can't wait to go out!
We have been waiting for too long but the quote does not reach the maximum!
It is strange indeed very strange!
I think after so many years of bear market for CTIC it is now time for bulls!
I don't believe in dilutions at these prices! IMO There are over 100 Mil in cash currently.
