On March 9th, the lockup period on Auctus's shares will end and they'll be allowed to sell. They're still limited to less than 5% of the O/S at a time when converting those Preferred A shares they got in exchange for their debt and warrants. To cover the loans they made during the process, the PPS has to stay above $5.40, so they'll ease them in. When/if the company announces the actual launch of the trial it may kick up some decent liquidity for them to sell into. It'll be an anchor for awhile, they have a bit over 1.5M shares into an O/S of 3.5M.
They also have warrants, but they have a strike price of $10.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
