The coincidence in all 3 cases (but there are more) mentioned by me (CLHI), Dusty (SFIN) and then the other ticker (STHC) is that they are domiciled in DE SOS hands. Some or all of these were in the hands of a chancellor/judge that retired suddenly (why did he retire in the middle of a case load???) and then the replacement hotshot started the role of activist - corruption?). We will never know the truth.

Mr. Berry may have challenges but not of the SEC variety.

IMO

Again, I will NEVER invest in any shell domiciled in DE. Period.
