Im going to give yall my take.


Hovendick is reaching. He is been trying to derail the deal. He failed. Custodian discharged and non conforming docs struck.


How is he going to prove to a judge he has better interests for shareholders than frank and Veemost? That is what he would need to do to even be considered at this point.

He is a old greedy disgruntled noteholder.
This is been a delay stall derail tactic that did not work. I have my theories why......... yet that is speculation.

Bottom line is Frank is legit... Veemost is legit and hovendick isn't got a leg to stand on. Why do u think the judge keeps throwing out his claims without it going to a real hearing. They don't even waste courts time with it, gets tossed before its even heard.

Yesterday's striking of nonconforming docs was final blow IMO. And then shortly after Veemost and Frank announced joining the conference. Its no coincidence.

We are very close to major announcements here imo.
