Merger and uplist is going to have delays due to the current financial climate being so unstable in the markets. Nobody in their right mind would time an uplist to NASDAQ with potential World War 3 on the horizon. In my opinion that is actually a good thing because the longer it takes the more time we have to see improvement on the OTC. Meantime all that is needed would for there to be an announcement that they have secured NIKE as a new account for their overseas logistics needs to add to AutoZone and CarParts.com and so on.
