The Arbiter Bank loan deal delay has been attributed by some to a delay in Arbiter receiving their SWIFT authorization. All conjecture from where I sit, but that's the chatter. Suggest you do some research on this item if the loan funding matters to you. It does to me.

The QB is irrelevant for my underwriting. QX is where they need to get to asap in my view.
