imo, too many of these "discussions" get too lawyer like

when really

it is what it is.....

All the founders believed we should be armed well enough to stand
up to our gov't if it became tyrannical....and said as much

which means, If I want a tank....I should be able to have a tank!

I'd love a tank....I'd even take an old Sherman!
