Once these criminal charges are resolved, I think the IRS should take its shot on MF Berman:

1) Personal Expenses from DECN
2) Write-Off's/Bad Debt
3) "Education Expenses" of "employees"
4) Overseas accounting - capital equipment, ventures
5) "Distributor" network
6) "Financing" relationships and agreements

I am sure once a "real" auditor gets involved, new tentacles will be found!
