Likely to hit at once. Issues with Russia might bolster RKLB government and military launches.

ULA (Boeing and Lockheed) are still using Russian RD180 engines - though they claimed to stockpile them.

Elon musk brought this to congress attention years ago in person- when he rightfully scolded our elected leaders about using those engines…. It’s important to note many classified US launch missions were getting sent up with Russian engines by US companies.

I expect RKLB will take some more market share from ULA in the near future.
