roni, I am thinking about holding onto a wee bit. I just have a hard time anticipating what could develop between now and April that would definitively halt the downhill slide.

Today's Apple settlement didn't do it -- although it's one of the clearest indications yet that something probably actually is in the works re iPod/Beatles.

And yet the institutions -- who all have price targets north of $95 -- aren't stepping up to the plate.

Like I said, it's hard to fight the tape here.

As it is, I'm still up $12/share while that options thingie ain't showing any sign of letting up.

Dry the powder and load up later is my best strategy.

If you've got a better one I'm all ears.
