Based on the lack of manufacturing pertaining to their products and the lack of transparency, I would rather see a cash offer than wait another year and a half to see what other small company wants to merge with either company after already holding for more than 3 years. The time to sell RXAIR was 2 years ago at the start of COVID. Unless something changes, I think the share price reflects that... I'm not holding my breath. There was opportunity for this company to grow, but they blew it. And why? We don't know because they won't say sh!t.
