Looks like Teva had a lableing problem, but didn't stop them from sell Adderall in the US,

didn't see a shortage with TEVA, caps or tabs , sometimes maybe, , beets me how they determine who is short or who is long

I can only guess,

Lets say the FDA sends out an agent to Montana and searches the bartells there for Adderall or the generic, and they come back with a NO or maybe or could be next week, then they move on to Oregon, Bartells in Portland, and they get the same answer , out of stock, maybe next week.
So this is how the FDA determins shortages.
I don't know how they do this
