Wont happen ...once retail realizes that in most cases the cost of owning the certificates will crush their average cost. All brokers charge a fee per lot to get the certificates. A lot is an "individual" buy order. So every buy order you made to accumulate a long position will be charged the fee per lot. Some brokers its as high as 500 dollars per lot.
