(“Touchpoint” or “TGHI”) pursuant to which the Company granted TGHI a worldwide license for its technologies for a term of five years in the domains of Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence enabled mobile technologies pertaining to the Company’s digital currency technology (the “Technology”).
