Looking at ILST’s OTC page under facilities it says, “The company maintains an office at 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901, from where it would consolidate and roll-up assets FinTech, Defi, Blockchain, Metaverse, NFT, Crypto and gaming industries.”
According to Bizapedia, around 250 or so other companies are listed at said address. It appears to be a virtual office. That address was posted on 12/31/22 so it likely relates to the merged company and not the ILST shell. There is a company that is listed at that address that fits much of that description: Public Mint, an NFT marketplace/investment/finance/crypto company. It seems like a successful company. I have strong doubts here, but the address and the business description fits nicely. Here is the website: https://publicmint.com/. Their address is listed at the bottom of their webpage and it does match.
As I said, it probably isn’t Public Mint. I just find idle speculation to be interesting.
