I have a theory about Mattyboy
I think its possible that the motivation for acquiring hearingassist, and paying sooooo many shares for the privilege, was meant to do one thing!
I believe that Mattyboy believes that by buying hearingAssist, which to their credit, did have product selling in walmart and its website, he can avoid prosecution for previous false and misleading PR's.
Think about it, as the endgame nears - I think the company will soon run out of money - he will be able to say that in point of fact, $iNND product, through its subsidiary hearingassist, did and was selling product in walmart.
There is no way that GS Capital is going to continue funding this company, if they are smart. Why would they? there is not a lot of opportunity as the stock collapses to the .005's and he's already been forced to re-structure 1.1$ million in a shareholder friendly transaction. LMAO I'm sorry, but I just needed to say that. I couldn't do it with s straight face here yet Mattyboy seems to be able to do so :\
As soon as someone at his new PCAOB audit firm tells him that they cannot certify $INND as anything higher than pink alternative reporting, what's his next play? Another paid interview??? Again, LMAO
