Nope.

If you'll look at the 10-5-17 transaction, you'll see the first 500k options, then on 4-3-18, he received another 500k options. He didn't own any shares.

See Table I for the non-derivative shares (aka - common stock actually owned)? There's nothing under it.

Now, see Table II, derivative securities (aka - the options) owned? There's the million options he had.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
