Chemist, call me Engineer, either way, penny stocks are in a Renaissance phase. A year ago all my company's were, as you said, losers, and they were worthless, but the new regulations forced most of them to "hype" having a "potential" partner. That hype caused a gold rush/feeding frenzy/ last chance to quit being a "bagholder".

Fast forward, the SEC inacts new laws stating these companies that are not in contact with the SEC with financial statements cannot be traded.

What you are seeing now is that the number of companies available has been substantially reduced,,, and there is alot of money that was considered lost being available, people like you are smart to be apprehensive, apprehension relates to hesitation results in missing the train, which results in lost dineros.

Adapt to the new rules most importantly, the SEC is going to investigate the corrupt naked shorting, primarily with penny stocks which cost me 10's of thousands...$

PS I'm a humble etrade loser, but this post is worthy to not only be stickied here but on the Ihub main board!!! Haha
