I think the Trains "Sailing" in March is just a big marketing push. Which is pretty interesting. I think an agreement was made with trains. Just train marketing criss crossing the cities. Just taking what EndToEnd says at face value back in early January this year:

She claims a plurality of trains have been "officially signed" for brand building. Sounds like TV channels will also work in tandem in March. That would corroborate all those other vague videos and chatter about trains "sailing" in March.

Then 3 days ago on February 23rd, EndtoEnd shows us some of that marketing now in place with literal pictures of signage on trains, ready to set sail:

I think it's just that simple. She's tellling us exactly what's happening, and we are searching for additional meaning. But I think that's just it. Just that simple.

There also seems to be a conference I seemed to gather from something else that may be happening in March too. But that is less supported and more of a hunch. Hopefully this big marketing push will bring lots of recruits to that hypothetical conference as well.

Interesging! EndToEnd is my favorite of all spies now. Not a cheerleader. Just a straight shooter according to her perceptions of things happenign around her and a hard worker and believes in the dream. At least, that's my *interpretation* of her interpretations.
