I agree with everything you say except the second sentence when you say no O/S changes. There have been no changes reported since June of 2021. There were approximately 10,000,000 O/S shares added in January of 2021.

OS shares in December of 2020 were 51,815,458
OS shares in June of 2021 were 61,775,458

that is an increase of approx. 10,000,000 shares

Dilution occurs when a corporate action increases the number of shares outstanding. An increase in the number of shares outstanding boosts liquidity but increases dilution.

Both of these were debt conversions which increased the O/S
