DTC accounts for all shares. Its impossible to have NSS without significant failed to deliver. Its not like shares can be sold short for months on end. This pile of shit has not had enough volume in months to even be able to short it. Cant short a stock that nobody is buying. The entire naked short theory is laughable to those who understand how trading works. Its impossible for CACH to have NSS.
