It’s like, oh no, they may sue us over these patents, we better try to get it moved to the protected, bias court in NDCA, before they try to file in Waco.

I guess they’re disappointed with the recent Judge Koh and Albright’s ruling, huh? Hilarious

All of VPLM’s patents are alive and well, and yet to be proven invalid.

We’ll see, by the end of the summer when venue is finalized in Waco.
