other criminals have likely done the same to other companies....what are the precedents?
what does the law have to handle such financial 'crimes'?
how did they handle hp/autonomy? autonomy ceo and cfo likely got hp shares......wags.....and they have the recent uk judgments/and the prospect of usa legal process....wade ,et al. can see the financial and criminal charges effects on the charged.....they can also see that the new sec guy is looking for crime and punishment.....and there is the possibility homeland security and such get involved.....canadian irs and now solutions......sawblade ventures and dafca/////dafca and darpa/dod...
that should instill a chill in the accused......wags......
lie to investigators....worse than the crime alleged....
let calmer heads prevail.......given the russian/ukraine invasion, now is not the time to be potentially viewed as part of the russian plans.....
