No debt or dilution.
We just had a nice share cancellation last Q2. AS 250mm OS 93mm float 37mm and 66% owned by management. No dilution ever!
Float is locked up and this share price runs on air. Very little volume moves it easily. MM’s are going to be caught short when it goes…. IMHO
Fully audited company will be Uplisted and trading trading off the pinks fairly soon. No later than Q2 has been stated and these guys ALWAYS get it done early. Fins are released 2 weeks early every time.
Company owns 550mm GDVM shares and we believe are involved in a upcoming merger with them. Management aggressively initiated talks with the owner/lawyer of the GDVM shell to see what could be done and it appears they are actively working towards a mega merger. Details to be announced soon.
Revenues are growing nicely quarter over quarter. Take a look for yourself.
Company is invested in alternative investments to protect their equity, namely precious metals and crypto.
Company is expanding into health and wellness formulations involving psychedelic and CBD, CBG, and exploring the other cannabinoids.
Management is doing everything right. OMID is probably one of the safest and exciting investments on the OTC I have ever seen. This company has the potential to grow organically into a NASDAQ listing without ever needing a reverse split.
