Favorable debt restructuring???

Let's not all cream our jeans over this press release, the debt is still there. There is likely no way that $INND will ever be able to repay it in my opinion.
All Mattyboy has done is gone to his gutter note providers, who probably can't convert and get value for the notes now anyways at current stock prices. Probably they just reduced the conversion price drastically in a fixed term note.
INTERESTING that specific terms were not announced. Why do you suppose that is??
What does it matter if you restructure notes again and again if the company is never going to have the money to repay it.

HERE'S A THOUGHT
Through this restructuring, Gabe and GS Capital could now have an express claim against the company's I.P, maybe even a default judgment in the event of non-payment?
If or when things go south, Mattyboy, Daddy Mark and Big Mama can go to GS and buy it back, leaving shareholders and creditors of $INND with nothing.
