Smartmoney and TMCC ...others : I just don't accept co-incidences . The timing of this SEC investigation is too suspect to the Presidential Executive Order for ALL naked short shares of all companies to be covered and redeemed within 60 days .

We have observed high volumes in this stock for months , and with the official float being stated as approximately 200 million shares it is more likely that many more shares than exist in the float were being sold . With the promising anticipations for CKYS , shareholders would be more humanly inclined to hold their shares for those expected events . So , if few were selling then many were buying , and the float would have been consumed long ago .

So then , there are only TWO possible explanations ; #1 that the Company was diluting hundreds of millions of shares , which Jim Plant adamantly declares that neither he nor the company is doing ( *** and I believe him !! ) , or , #2 that Market Makers processed NSS trades and the Brokerages allowed those trades to occur with public investor share purchases .

If Jim Plant is fairly accurate that up to $30 million worth of NSS have traded in CKYS stock , with the clearly demonstrated successes of the Company at the same time that President Bush makes an Executive Order for the Brokerages to LOCATE and DELIVER all NSS within 60 days , then the $30 million NSS CKYS could end up costing the naked shorters
theoretically up to $1 billion as guaged to the Company's successful business operations that are evolving rapidly .

One could argue that that supposition alone is extremely strong motivation for the culprits to malign the company at every opportunity ( eg ; incessant bashing on several message boards ) and to then impugn the company's business practices to the SEC . Enough allegations from scurrilously motivated citizens ( the organized bashers / shorter soldiers ) and possibly even from Brokerages and / or Market Makers would be ample just cause for the SEC to investigate CyberKey .

Even the Good Book has " thou shall not bear false witness " as one of its Commandments . Has CyberKey been the victim of false allegations and accusations ?

As mentioned by others , the $25 million contract with the U.S. Gov't has been public knowledge for many months . One could definitely argue that the U.S. Gov't themselves would have requested the SEC to investigate long before now if the Gov't was not buying $25 million of CyberKey's devices .

No-siree-bob .....it is President Bush's Executive Order for the Brokerages to cover all NSS that is likely the motivating factor for all the complaints of improprity(ies) against CyberKey by those who dread having to cover up to 1 1/2 billion nakedly short CKYS shares .

A SUCCESSFUL company is a naked shorter's nemesis . There is little differentiation between crimes of counterfeiting or dirty tricks to highly organized white collar / corporate or citizenry criminals .

This action today is so highly suspect to just the magnificent timing when CyberKey is demonstrating excellent corporate business decisions and marketing .

As Hamlet would say , " something is rotten in Denmark " .

To bite the worm of incite is to bite the HOOK of the antagonist . They win .
