This is probably the most respected board on IHUB. I'd like your assessment of what actually happened in the market today. Was this morning's freefall and money grab purely manipulation by the market makers and hedge funds? Or was the market genuinely concerned about the current events in eastern Europe? In my mind, if there was actual concern, there would have been a small recovery. Not a 993 point NYSE swing to green, a 900 point (7%) swing to 3.34% green for Nasdaq and 180 point swing to green for the S&P. Just seems like this was a little too calculated.
