The stock valuation isn't about what you hear.
If you talk about it, please give us some numbers. What assumptions have you taken and what is the statutory provision that backs it up. What PER. Etc.
My estimation of fair value at PER 13 times, is:
FMCC = $308ps
FNMA = $242ps
Based on the Secret Plan theory.
